Service Description
Low Impact Martial Arts 50+ is a welcoming program designed for adults age 50 and over who want to stay active without the intensity of a traditional martial arts class. Training includes stretching, light strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and authentic Okinawan kata using both empty-hand techniques and traditional weapons such as the Bo staff. No uniforms, no pressure—just purposeful, low-impact training in a supportive environment.
